Tigard Dentist, Dr. Justin Marostica attended the 5th Annual Amy Roloff Charity Foundation (ARCF) Gala. This event was held on September 14 at the Leftbank Annex in Portland Oregon. Amy Roloff is the leading lady on the TLC show “Little People, Big World”. Amy uses her celebrity to raise money and awareness for certain non-profit organizations. This year Amy’s foundation is raising funds and awareness for children and youth who face social, emotional, mental and physical challenges.
Since the conception of the ARCF it has raised over $750,000 in new giving and in kind donations for local, national and international non-profit organizations and causes. Something that is unique in 2013 is the ARCF is developing a Character Value Program to offer schools and other organizations locally and eventually nationally. This years funds from ARCF will facilitate National and Local Speaking Engagements and Appearances; Clothing and Toy Drive; Creating an Anti Bullying and Character Building Curriculum and Campaign, Supporting Providence Child Center, Soccer for Success, ISSA Trust Foundation and other Children’s Charities.
