As a Tigard TenderCare Dentist, Dr. Ryan Carter was born and raised in the Portland metro area. He is proud to now serve the community he calls home at our dental office in Tigard. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University – Arizona, where he received extensive training in comprehensive, patient-centered care. With a strong commitment to helping others and a passion for creating healthy, confident smiles, Dr. Carter brings both skill and warmth to our practice. His dedication to excellence and gentle approach make him a perfect fit for our team and the patients we serve. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the positive impact he’ll have in our office and our community.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Carter enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two young sons. Their family is growing, and they are preparing to welcome their third son this coming September. In his free time, he also loves getting outdoors—whether it’s at the golf course or wake surfing on the lake.
