Dr. Andrew Thompson is a Portland, OR native. He joined the TenderCare team as a Portland Dentist in 1999 with a simple-philosophy – to provide comprehensive, quality cosmetic and family dentistry in a tender and caring environment. Dr. Thompson has completed many hours of continuing education in order to keep pace with the advancements in the field of dentistry, with an emphasis on placement and restoration of dental implants to replace missing teeth.

Dr. Thompson is a certified provider of Invisalign, utilizes the latest dental technologies and procedures, and has a skilled dental team to assist him in providing excellent dental care to you and your family. He loves being a dentist because he has the opportunity to help people, fix smiles, and get people out of pain. He does charitable dental work all the time! Making every patient both happier and healthier is his ultimate goal.

He lives in the Bethany area with his wife who’s also a Portland Dentist at TenderCare Dental, Dr. Mari Seeger, and their 3 children, Halle, Kyle, and Heath. When he’s not working, Dr. Thompson enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and skiing. In his free time, he also enjoys serving in his church and watching his kids play sports.
