Fruits, vegetables, sauces and even soup that are canned should be eliminated form your diet. They are not healthy for your body. They are extremely toxic to hormone levels in the eternal system. Studies link the chemicals found in canned food to be tied to childhood aggression, heart disease obesity and even changes and female breast tissue.

Sugar

The average American will eat over 142 pounds of sugar a year. Sugar can weaken your immune system, it will cause many health issues, such as obesity and cavities. It can spike insulin levels plus it is highly addictive. If you need a sweetener, choose stevia or brown rice syrup instead of sugar. It can be the source of pain such as cavities and tooth decay.

High Fructose Corn Syrup
High fructose corn syrup has been linked to many health problems such as obesity, diabetes and cancer. It’s liquid sugar which fructose can harm the body, because the body has a really hard time processing it. Avoid it at all costs.

Processed Food
Stay away from processed foods because they are nutrients lacking and they have hardly any good qualities in them. Sugar and fat are all they have, and they can cause diseases. Process foods are also loaded with sugar and high fructose corn syrup, which can waken your immune system and cause you to have cavities. Avoid fake food.
